Downloading Instructions For AMSInfo.exe

AMSINF.exe is a utility used to help in finding the cause of a problem with AMSWin. If you are having a problem, follow these instructions before making contact with AMSWin Support.

1. Right click the AMSInfo.exe hyperlink and select "Save Target As"
2. Download the file to your hard drive.
3. Run the AMSInfo.exe from anywhere on your computer.
4. AMSInfo.exe will automatically start, and a copy of it will be stored in your AMSWin directory.
5. Click Go
6. When AMSINF finishes, find the AMSWinInfo.txt file in your AMSWin directory.
7. Email this file (or copy it into an email) to support@amswin.com .
8. St6unst.log is another helpful file found in the AMSWin directory.
