If you are using AMSWin 1.3.10 or AMSWin 1.3.11, please ensure that the surcharge is set to zero on the View->Program Maintenance Options->Round/Surcharge Tab

Note:  Thursday, October 16, 2008 *********Notice*********  Due to the high number and intractibility of the problems with AMSWin, and to add some significant new features, there will be a replacement program, AMSJava.  In order to complete the development of AMSJava in a reasonable period of time, support for AMSWin is hereby restricted until AMSJava is available.  AMSJava will be available for Windows®, Linux, Macintosh®, UNIX and most other operating systems.

AMSJava pricing will be as follows:

$300.00 for the first year, with a $100 per year maintenance fee after that.

AMSJava Lite will be priced the same as AMSWin Lite at $30.00 per year.

AMSJava (or AMSJava Lite, as appropriate) will be automatically sent at no extra charge to all new purchasers since April, 2008 and those who have their maintenance fee paid.  This offer is good until AMSJava is ready.  After that point, upgrade from AMSWin to AMSJava will cost $200.00, including the first year of maintenance.

***NOTICE***

The price list is now 100% in the post-October 1 format (ex. AMOQTEA/AMOQTCA), so you should rerun the stock number conversion one last time before or after you update prices.  The stock number conversion feature is found at "Inventory" - "Query/Update Inventory Database" - "Batch Convert Stock Numbers".

AMSWin is software specifically designed for AMSOIL dealers. It allows business owners to manage their Customers, fellow Dealers, Inventory, Orders and Other Transactions in a way that ensures a manageable and efficient operation. It provides detailed reports that give the dealer a vivid picture of the status of the business.

What is AMSWin Lite?

AMSWin Lite for Windows 95/98/2000/NT/ME/XP/Vista
AMSWin Lite is designed for new or small AMSOIL dealers who cannot justify the cost of AMSWin Regular.  It basically is the same program but without the capabilities for other business and it does not print reports.  It does keep track of customers, dealers and inventory, and print receipts.
